Your Impact Delivering operational excellence in the Back of House, ensuring high standards for food quality, food safety, speed of service, and cleanliness Leading and developing a high-performing kitchen team, providing coaching, feedback, and accountability while helping develop future leaders Taking ownership of daily kitchen operations, ensuring proper positioning, smooth transitions between day-parts, and strong execution during high-volume periods Driving results by setting goals, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that improve productivity, food cost, and overall performance Maintaining a clean and safe work environment with a strong focus on food safety standards and ensuring the team consistently follows proper procedures Leading by example with a hands‑on approach, stepping into operations wherever needed to support the team and serve guests at a high level 2 years of Restaurant Kitchen Management Experience Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality standards Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to receive feedback Passion for Chick‑fil‑A’s values and delivering operational excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
