Dental Office Manager
Job Description Oversee the daily non-clinical functions of the assigned dental office to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Manage and develop the non-clinical team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Deliver superior patient service by responding promptly and sensitively to patient needs and resolving any dissatisfaction in alignment with company policies, dental board regulations, and government standards.
Maintain high standards for patient satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming and professional office atmosphere.
Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to optimize workflow and compliance.
Collaborate with clinical staff to support overall practice goals and enhance patient care quality.
Utilize Dentrix and Microsoft Office software for scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Prepare and analyze reports related to office performance, patient flow, and financial metrics.
Address and resolve operational challenges with effective problem-solving and decisive action.
Foster strong relationships internally among team members and externally with patients to promote loyalty and trust.
full-time $50,900 - $61,000 per year

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a comparable leadership role within a dental practice.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude with a results-driven approach and competitive spirit.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Dentrix practice management software (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in a dental office environment with knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships with patients and staff.
