Dental Office Manager
Job Description Role Overview: Oversee daily dental practice operations while serving as the primary leader and culture-builder for a growing team.
Leadership & Operations: Lead staff, establish efficient workflows, manage scheduling and patient flow, and resolve team or operational challenges promptly.
Financial & Administration: Manage dental billing, collections, insurance claims, expenses, patient records, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with the doctor.
Patient Experience & Compliance: Ensure excellent patient service, prompt concern resolution, and strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety regulations.
Growth & Culture: Support practice outreach in Gainesville, improve patient retention, and establish strong administrative systems from the ground up.
full-time $30,000 - $36,000 per year

Requirements Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years of Dental Office Management experience required.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental office operations, including scheduling, billing, insurance, collections, and patient flow.
Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience leading, developing, and coaching a dental team while building a positive, accountable culture.
Operational & Financial Skills: Proficiency in managing dental practice KPIs, financial performance, expenses, and office resources.
Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable dental regulatory standards.
